Sometime ago, I started tests of zero-bias detectors as a side project, and it evolved in a full Microwave Power Meter system. The system is able to measure powers from -40dbm to 15dbm (55dB of input dynamic range) at frequencies from 100MHz to 6GHz (probably up to 10GHz).
